Game rules

To keep the game pleasant and fair for everyone there are rules to be followed when you play. You agree to abide by these rules when you play this game.

Rules:

- Don't use any type of cheat, hack, automated macro or bot when playing.
Do not automate game actions while away from the computer by other means (holding down mouse button with an object).
External cheating software is not permitted.
Client modifications are not permitted.
Software that allows you to remap keys (like gaming keyboard and mouse drivers) is allowed as long as it is not automated and it doesn't result in an unfair advantage.
When in doubt, contact the administration and we will take the final decision.

- Do not abuse ingame mechanics to gain advantage.
Examples:Using vampire casket to level up on a slayer. Making a party with low level players to exploit rank exp gain (gejak). Using a character of the other race for assistance during leveling.


- If you find a bug, please file a bug report. Don't abuse bugs for your own or others' benefit.

- Don't use offensive language. Examples are derogatory slurs (racist, referring to diseases/disabilities etc.). Don't make racist remarks.

- Don't spam/flood the game chat or discord channels.

- Don't ask GM for items or ingame favours.

- Feel free to discuss anything with other users but try to keep it friendly. Refrain from personal attacks.

- Don't try to start flame wars or drama.

- Respect eachother.

- Advertising of any kind is not permitted here.

- Don't scam others when trading.

- Do not abuse customer support in any way. This includes:

• Submitting false information.
• Abusive or rude behaviour
• Fraud

- Selling/buying accounts is not allowed. Selling ingame items for real-world money is not allowed.
Transferring your account(s) to another person by any means is not allowed.

- Account sharing is prohibited.

- The maximum number of accounts that can be possessed is 40 for one person.
User registration may be limited at times.

- Market purchases can only be refunded if the items were not used after receiving them.

Using market items refers to:

• Retrieving the market items in-game using the NPC.
• Consuming a market item if applicable.
• Trading or transferring the market item to another player by any means.

Always contact the GM for inquiries related to market purchases.

Submitting a PayPal claim or chargeback will cause your account to be blocked and you may not be able to use our services anymore. 


When you break any of the rules we will typically issue a warning.
Should you continue to break the rules we may take action against your account.
When doing this we will take the severity of the offense into consideration.

Rule violations related to severe bug abuse, cheating or hacking can result in a permanent ban without any warnings.
Accounts can be banned even if the offense took place a long time ago.

We want everyone to be able to enjoy the game. For this reason we won't hand out (permanent) bans so quickly.

For violations related to cheating, hacking and macroing/botting the account will be permanently banned.
