Registering a new account

This is the new user registration guide. The user registration system has been changed after an increase of rulebreakers. Your account will need to be verified by one of the GMs.
Right now verification is only possible using PayPal. More methods will be added in the future.

NOTE: Existing users cannot create new accounts right now.

Download and install the game client.
Make sure that you've properly applied patches if necessary.

Attempting to login with any ID/Password combination should give a message "Wrong ID or Password".

If you get a "Disconnected" message then the patches are not applied correctly or the connection to the server is bad. Connecting during a maintenance or server inspection period can also result in a "Disconnected" message. Please refer to the troubleshooting section for more information.

In the username field write the @ symbol followed by the desired username.

In the password field write the desired Password. Do not add the @ symbol here.

Username and Password must be atleast 4 characters in size and can be up to a maximum of 10 characters.

You can only use alphanumeric characters:

Press OK.

If the registration is successful the following message will be displayed:

Press OK to close the message.

For logging in you will need to remove the @ symbol from the username field.

After registering your account you will need to verify the account using one of the verification methods available.

Verification using PayPal

You can verify your account using PayPal by purchasing one premium card from the market using a valid PayPal account.

In this case the character is not created yet. After the payment has been verified it will be delivered to the first character you've created or any other character (please specify it by sending a mail).

Note that it can take up to 24 hours for the account to be activated. After you've created your first character it can take up to 24 hours for the premium card to be delivered.

Verification using Facebook

You can verify your account using your Facebook profile by following the instructions here.

Verification using Steam

You can verify your account using your Steam profile by following the instructions here.

The following restrictions apply:

• Existing users cannot register new accounts right now.
• Right now it's only possible to create up to 5 accounts,
• The accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer the account(s) to another person. You may not share the accounts with another person.
• All the created accounts are tied to your PayPal account, Facebook account or Steam account, depending on the verification method you've used.
• You must provide correct and true information for account verification.
• Attempting to create an account using fake persona, 'throwaway' accounts or by identity fraud will result in an immediate block.
• Attempting to create more accounts than allowed or attempting to bypass any of the above restrictions will result in an immediate block.

Troubleshooting:

When creating a new account, the message "Wrong ID or Password" appears.

The username does not match the criteria or the username is already taken.

Disconnected

If you get a "Disconnected" message it could be caused by one of the following:

• The game client is not up to date, or the patch is applied incorrectly.
• You are trying to connect during a maintenance or server inspection period.
• Connection to the server is bad.
• The connection is being blocked by your firewall.
• Other reasons
